Infrequent inspections or even worse none at all can really have a longer lasting effect on your business, not just money but time carrying out repairs to just stay compliant. Here at Rack Inspections 365 we take away the hustle of getting your warehouse racking inspected, gathering quotes, and liaising with various supplies. We conduct all our inspections by qualified experienced SARI’s (SEMA Approved Rack Inspectors) so you can be assured your racking is being inspected by the best in the business. Here is how was work.
- ENQUIRY – Fill out our online form and let us know when & where you’d like your SEMA Inspection.
- QUOTATION – We provide you a quotation which includes a full damage report & Layout by our experienced SARI’s.
- BOOKED – Once we receive your order we provide the earliest possible date or most convenient to you & your business. All informations, times & RAMS will be sent prior.
- INSPECTION – A SEMA Approved RACK Inspector arrives on site to conduct your Rack Inspection, under the traffic light system as per SEMA guidelines. A Inspection Completion Certificate is issued.
- REPORT – we send on your report along with a quotation to repair any damages that were found. Along with a labour cost by SEMA engineers.
- COMPLETE – Your Yearly Rack Inspection is now complete.
- REMINDER – We send out yearly reminders 1 month before your next isnepoction is due.
- TRAINING – We can train your staff to understand rack damage all to SEMA guidelines, enabling them to carry out in-house weekly & monthly checks.
